Welcome to the Blaine High School Boys Hockey 2023 Golf Tournament registration page! We are excited to get out on the course for a day of fun and support our Blaine High School Boys Hockey team!

This registration is for a foursome team.  You will be asked to fill in your team information, including first & last name and email address of all 4 golfers.  Please have this information available when registering so all players will get the event communications.

Cost is $500 for the foursome.   Payments must be made at the end of this registration.
